As an artist, you may have a studio or use a room in your home to create your work. In both cases, you will want to protect your works, premises, material and possibly reference books.

You may also be a collector and wish to protect your whole collection or only some specific works.

Without any doubt, as an artist, you need to protect your work while-in-progress, on exhibition, on loan or at the framers.

Other times, you will be asked to have public liability insurance.
